What We Seek We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs with first-hand knowledge of the problem they have encountered or entrepreneurs that might match to a problem or idea we already have.
It’s not a mandate, but ideally, we want people with experience solving business problems and have a keen eye for anticipating business risks. You may have been a product manager running a product or product line before. You may have been an engineer who has been on the front lines of helping shape a company. You may have been a management consultant who has experience in a particular vertical. Or perhaps you are a proven entrepreneur who recognizes that the difference between success and failure is razor-thin, and you want every advantage you can get.

About Book and I Book and I is a hyper-personalized learning companion for students, educators, and lifelong learners. Educators agree that personalized learning strategies are necessary for improving students’ retention of their material, as every student has different preferred learning styles. While generative AI applications are emerging as valuable assistance tools, many are not purposefully designed to create sustained engagement with the material, instead acting as helpful QA tools. In contrast, we are developing a system which builds upon effective learning techniques to saleably create personalized learning experiences for each user. There are two other co-founders that have been working on the venture and will be partnering with the FIR. Differentiation By combining effective learning techniques with a prompt engineering framework, personalization, and LLMs, Book and I creates a flywheel for each user which enhances retention of and the user’s relationship to whatever subject they wish to learn about. This flywheel creates a hook for user retention and repeat use - the more you use the tool, the more relevant its outputs become. The more it understands who you are and what your goals are, the more it can help you on your learning journey. What You Will Be Doing

• The FIR will work with the AI Fund Leadership Team to launch and scale new businesses from the ground up. If you're obsessed with startups and building exceptional products, this role is for you.
• Work alongside our staff to iteratively research and validate on a problem to solve that can benefit from AI/ML. This includes idea validation, product validation, market validation, and funding validation.
• Design a product and prototype it
• Set the vision and the strategy of the portfolio company once the idea has been tested and determined product market fit.
• If it all makes sense, we capitalize the company to help you stand the company up, bring in the best talent, build the product, and get pilot customers
